- Your registered email address (if you have an account)
- Document type — resume, biodata, invoice, PDF tool used, etc.
- For payment issues: Razorpay payment ID, date/time, and a short description
- Screenshots if something failed on screen
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Android) if reporting a bug
