All templates on DocByInk are general-purpose layouts for common document needs. They are not customized legal, tax, accounting, HR, immigration, or government filing advice for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing exported documents and seeking qualified professional advice where your circumstances require it.

2. Not legal or compliance advice

DocByInk does not provide legal services. Using our templates does not create an attorney-client or advisor-client relationship.

• GST letter and invoice templates are formatting aids for business correspondence and billing. They do not guarantee GST compliance, correct tax classification, e-invoice eligibility, or acceptance by any tax authority or counterparty.
• Quotations are commercial proposals. Tax totals and terms must be verified by you before sending to clients.
• Cover letters and resumes do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

3. Biodata and personal documents

Marriage biodata and personal biodata templates help present personal and family information in a structured format. They are not background checks, identity verification, or matrimonial screening services.

DocByInk does not verify user-entered information. Families and individuals should perform their own due diligence.

4. Resume and ATS claims

Some resume layouts are described as "ATS-friendly" based on common design conventions (clear headings, simple structure, readable fonts). We do not guarantee parsing by any specific applicant tracking system, recruiter tool, or employer workflow.

Hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control.

5. PDF Tools limitations

PDF Tools process files locally in your browser. They are convenient utilities, not forensic document services.

• Whiteout and highlight in the PDF editor are visual overlays. They do not permanently redact underlying PDF content in all viewers or guarantee removal of hidden text or metadata.
• Sign PDF places a signature image or drawing. It is not a licensed digital signature certificate under Indian IT Act rules unless you separately use a certified provider.
• Compress PDF may reduce quality depending on source files and settings.
• Merge, split, rotate operate on the file you provide. Always keep backups of important originals.

6. Accuracy of user-entered content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, amounts, tax numbers, addresses, photos, and all other information you enter.DocByInk does not audit User Content before export.

7. Third-party acceptance

We do not warrant that any exported document will be accepted by employers, schools, matrimonial platforms, clients, vendors, banks, government portals, or courts. Requirements vary by organization and change over time.

8. AI-assisted writing (where available)

If AI writing assistance is offered in a builder, suggestions are starting points only. You must review, edit, and take responsibility for final text. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your context.

9. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocByInk disclaims warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. See our Terms of Service for liability limitations.
